They're now looking for a personable and customer-focused Online Product Assessor to join their successful Central Sales Team.

This is far more than a traditional sales role. It's about listening, understanding individual needs and providing expert guidance to help customers make life-changing decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll speak with customers via video calls, virtual demonstrations and telephone consultations, taking the time to understand their circumstances before recommending the most suitable mobility solutions.

You'll:

• Conduct online product demonstrations and customer assessments.
• Build trusted relationships with customers from enquiry through to order completion.
• Provide consultative advice and outstanding customer service.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Work closely with colleagues to create a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously develop your product knowledge through training and collaboration with specialist teams.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who genuinely enjoy helping others and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in customer service, consultative sales or customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative ability.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A proactive, positive and customer-focused approach.

Experience within the automotive, mobility, healthcare or assistive technology sectors would be an advantage, but is not essential.
