Gather a detailed job and person spec, asking the right questions to obtain the information needed.

Post your role on our website, all of our job boards and social media as standard.

Screen, match and select, speaking to ALL candidates in detail about the role and your company.

Only send you a CV if we feel it is highly relevant to the role. Offer you Q&A on the candidate CV’s.

Arrange your interviews at a time/date and venue to suit you. This can include our offices should you wish.

Arrange a second interview if required, site tours and inform unsuccessful candidates at this stage.

Make a formal offer of employment subject to terms being agreed and references being obtained by our Consultant.

Arrange the start date with the successful candidate.

Arrange all paperwork/correspondence for you and the candidate.

Arrange your invoice (usually an agreed percentage of the Salary).

Offer an aftercare service which allows your Consultant to check on the progress of your new team member, ensuring you are happy with the outcome the recruitment process (our aftercare service is for the duration of your agreed rebate period).

If the candidate leaves during the rebate threshold, our Consultant will rebate or offer a free replacement.
