About Us
Company History
Inplace Personnel Services was established in 2004 by its now Managing Director Mrs Claire Long. Inplace has progressed a long way since it opened it’s first office in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire. At that time, the job market was very different to what we work in today. Legislation has changed dramatically which as a result means we must constantly adapt and develop our methods to ensure we are proactively attracting and placing the correct calibre of talent.
With the addition of Andy Wood in 2013 and his subsequent appointment to Operations Director in 2023, he and all our dedicated staff can offer our clients a wealth of knowledge gained from in excess of 40 years collective experience.
